The proposed Hexham Wind Farm is located south-west of Hexham and south-east of Caramut in south-west Victoria.
The wind resource is excellent and the project has an existing 500 kV transmission line traversing the site. A battery energy storage system (BESS) is proposed as part of this project.
An Environment Effects Statement is currently being prepared for the project with submission anticipated for the third quarter of 2025.
