The Bulgana Green Power Hub is a combined 194MW wind farm and 20 MW battery storage facility. It is located in the Wimmera region of central-western Victoria, about 200 kilometres northwest of Melbourne and 11 kilometres north-east of Stawell. It is Victoria’s first wind farm to combine renewable energy with a large battery storage system.

Wind Prospect commenced investigations commenced in 2009 with planning approvals granted in 2015. Neoen purchased the project in late 2017 and completed construction in October 2021
